Diet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    carrots
    onion
    green pepper
    2 whole skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 small can pineapple chunks (optional)
Preparation
    Saute the carrots, onion and green pepper in water.
    Let water boil down until mixture browns slightly.
    Add the remaining ingredients, except pineapple chunks.
    Simmer for 45 minutes.
    The pineapple chunks may be added the last 5 minutes of cooking.
