Italian Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. oleo
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream together first 5 ingredients.
    Add dry ingredients; mix well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
    Use ungreased cookie sheet.
    Ice as desired.
