Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed, well drained pineapple
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and creamy.
    Add oil, sugar and vanilla; continue beating.
    Lastly, add shredded zucchini and well drained pineapple.
