Hot Sausage And Mozzarella Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pieces (1 lb. each) Rhodes bread dough
    1 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage (bulk or take casing off)
    1 large chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 egg yolk, beaten with 2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Thaw dough.
    Cook sausage and onion in large skillet for 10 minutes, stirring often.
    Cool.
