Frittata Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    6 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and onion in margarine in 10-inch skillet. Combine eggs, milk, salt and dash of pepper.
    Stir in 1/2 cup tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
    Pour egg mixture into skillet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until eggs are set.
    Top with additional cheese, if desired.
