Apricot Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. buttermilk
1 medium Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Heat crushed pineapple and juice.
When hot, remove from heat and add jello.
Let dissolve and cool.
Add buttermilk, Cool Whip and pecans.
Spread in medium casserole dish and refrigerate overnight.
