Monkey Cake - cooking recipe

4 cans biscuits (10 to a can)
3 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray tube pan with nonstick spray. Mix cinnamon and sugar.
Set aside 1 cupful.
Quarter the biscuits and roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture and pile in cake pan.
Melt margarine and pour the cup of cinnamon with sugar mixture that was set aside into the margarine.
Add chopped nuts and bring to a rolling boil.
Pour over biscuits.
Bake 35 minutes.
Let cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes before turning out on a cake plate.
