Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1/4 c. Romano cheese
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in water 5 minutes; drain.
    Cool.
    Cut zucchini lengthwise, scoop out seeds and part of pulp and drain.
    Set aside.
    Put shells in lightly oiled baking pan.
