Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. scalded milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt together.
Pour hot milk in and beat.
Pour in unbaked shell; sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then 325\u00b0 until done.
