Super Crisp Country Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. flour
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 fryer (2 1/2 to 3 lb.), cut up
Crisco (for frying)
Preparation

Combine milk and egg in medium bowl. Set aside. Combine remaining dry ingredients in paper or plastic bag. Add chicken, a little at a time.
Shake to coat. Dip chicken in egg-milk mixture. Shake in flour a second time.
Skillet or deep fry in Crisco.
