Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 oz. cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. dry milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. broth
    1 1/2 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix and bake in 8 x 8-inch pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
    One serving = 1 bread, 1/4 fat and 15 optional calories.
