Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 red onion, finely chopped
    4 to 6 hard-boiled eggs
    2 Claussen pickles
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 c. (1 pt.) Best Foods mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in 1 tablespoon salt until sharp knife cuts through cooked potatoes.
    Peel and cut to bite-size.
    Mix salt, pepper, paprika, sugar, vinegar and water.
    Pour and mix over warm potatoes.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Add onion, eggs, pickle and celery.
    Mix mayonnaise in carefully.
    Salt and pepper may be added to taste.
