Ann'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked mashed potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 egg yolks (save the whites for meringue)
1 can cream and enough water to make 2 c. liquid
2 Tbsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour in unbaked 10-inch pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
