Zucchini Sausage Bake(Low-Cal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. bulk turkey sausage
3 c. shredded zucchini
2 Tbsp. diet oleo
1/2 oz. fresh grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. cottage cheese
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 oz. shredded Cheddar
Preparation

Brown sausage, drain.
Toss with 1 tablespoon flour.
Spread in 11 x 7-inch dish.
Cook zucchini and onion in microwave.
Stir in oleo.
Toss with remaining flour.
Spoon half over sausage.
