Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups boiling water
    2 cups potatoes (cut into cubes)
    1/2 cup sliced carrots
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup celery slices
    salt & pepper
    17 oz. can of creamed corn
    1 pkg. cheese sauce
    2 cups evaporated milk
Preparation
    Add first five ingredients to the boiling water, cover and simmer until all vegetables are done (10-15 minutes) DO NOT DRAIN. Add corn.
    Mix until smooth, then add to vegetables.
    Heat DO NOT BOIL.
    Small pieces of meat or ham may be added.
