Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices bread, remove crust
    softened butter
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    5 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook sausage until done, stirring; crumble.
    Drain on paper towels; set aside.
    Spread each slice of bread with butter.
    Cut into cubes.
    Place bread cubes in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with sausage; top with cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over mixture.
    Chill overnight. Remove from refrigerator.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve hot.
    Makes 6 servings.
