Beef In Creamy Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 lb. lean beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 red bell pepper, cut up
    3 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. brandy
    1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    3 c. cooked mastaccioli
    2 Tbsp. low-fat sour cream
Preparation
    Stir cornstarch into water and keep aside.
    Cook steak strips, then add onion, garlic, red peppers, salt and pepper.
    When cooked, add mushrooms, brandy and bouillon granules.
    Simmer 3 minutes.
    Stir in cornstarch mixture and simmer until thickened. Stir in chives and serve over noodles.
    Makes 6 servings, 3 grams fat per serving.
