Italian Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless breast or thighs
1/2 c. oil
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. tomato sauce
2 c. water
1/2 c. flour to dredge chicken
1/2 c. wine (optional)
Preparation

Clean, dry and roll chicken in seasoned flour, salt and pepper.
Then fry in large skillet in hot oil until chicken browns.
Add all other ingredients, except wine.
Simmer until sauce is thick and chicken is tender.
