Persimmon Pudding(Heritage Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. sour milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degree.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Turn temperature down to 325 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.
