Skewered Beef And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin
    4 boned chicken breasts
    1 mint sprig, crushed
    3 Tbsp. chutney
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. oil
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. marjoram
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. dry sherry
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak and chicken; cut into 2-inch cubes.
    Shake remaining ingredients in covered container.
    Pour over meat; cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Turn several times. Thread meat on skewer with choice of vegetables (i.e. cherry tomatoes, mushrooms or onions).
    Grill 15 to 20 minutes for medium.
