Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, well beaten
4 large cooking apples
1/3 c. melted butter
cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Wash, peel and slice apples.
Arrange in greased 8-inch pan.
Top with crumb mixture made of flour, sugar, baking powder and egg.
Pour butter over all.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake 40 minutes.
