Roast Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    garlic heads (as many as needed)
    butter
    olive oil
    dried thyme
    pepper
    bread or toast
Preparation
    With point end up, cut off dry leaves to expose tips of individual cloves.
    Put in ovenproof dish, cut side up.
    Dot with butter.
    Drizzle olive oil over heads.
    Sprinkle with dried thyme and pepper.
    Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 275\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake for 1 1/2 hours basting every 15 to 20 minutes.
