Pescado A La Naranja(Fish In Orange Juice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh or frozen halibut or other fish steaks
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. snipped cilantro or parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 hard-cooked egg, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Thaw frozen fish.
    Arrange fish in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
    In a small skillet, cook onion and garlic in oil until onion is tender, but not brown.
    Stir in cilantro or parsley, salt and pepper.
    Spread mixture over fish.
