Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed on package.
Drain.
Combine soup, eggs, cheese and mayonnaise.
Mix well.
Add broccoli and pour into buttered casserole.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until set (approximately 45 minutes).
Casserole is done when knife comes out clean after inserting.
Makes 4 servings.
