Broccoli Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices white bread
    12 oz. sharp cheese
    10 oz. broccoli, cooked and drained
    2 c. diced ham
    3 1/2 c. milk
    6 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cut round circles of bread and remove crust.
    Put crust scraps in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Combine rest of ingredients and pour on top.
    Refrigerate at least 6 hours (can be made a night ahead of time).
    Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
