Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles (cook 6 minutes)
    1/3 c. Sherry wine
    9 1/2 oz. can tuna
    1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    6 oz. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, shredded
    salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika
Preparation
    Mix partially cooked noodles with all other ingredients, except cheese.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
