Cinnamon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.
    Add egg; continue beating.
    Dissolve soda in buttermilk.
    Add alternately with flour.
    Mix until blended.
    In a well-greased loaf pan, pour half the batter in, then sprinkle with half the sugar-cinnamon mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon layers.
    Swirl through batter with knife to bottom of pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
