Pork Roast With Kraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Bone in pork roast
4 cans Bavarian kraut
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place the roast in deep baking pan and cover with salt, pepper and kraut.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
Remove top of roaster for last 30 minutes of baking.
Slice or shred pork before serving.
