Elizabeth'S Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. peanut oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Bring to a boil 1 teaspoon sugar, salt, dry mustard, celery seed, peanut oil and vinegar.
    Pour over cabbage, onion and sugar mixture.
    Let stand for 4 hours before serving.
    Will be good for 4 or 5 days.
