Ugly Duckling Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
2 1/3 c. coconut
2 eggs
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Preparation

Combine cake mix, fruit cocktail with syrup, 1 cup of coconut and eggs in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour in oblong pan.
Sprinkle top with brown sugar.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Bring butter, granulated sugar and milk to a boil. Cook 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add rest of coconut and spread over top of cake in the pan.
