Pear Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck (of peeled and grated pears)
    6 large onions
    6 bell peppers
    4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. pickling spice, tied in bag
    3 hot peppers
    5 c. apples cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring ingredients to a boil; cook 30 minutes after it starts to boil.
    Remove spice bag.
    Pack in hot jars with seals.
