No Oil Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water (boiling)
    4 tsp. arrowroot powder or cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. cashews
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Stir the 1/2 cup water and arrowroot powder.
    Add to boiling water; boil again.
    Put 1 cup of water in blender with oatmeal and cashews.
    Blend.
    Add the remaining ingredients and cornstarch mixture.
