Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mashed bananas
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sour milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs and bananas.
Combine dry ingredients; sift into mixture alternately with sour milk.
Fold in nuts.
Bake in an 8 x 4 x 3-inch greased pan at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for one hour.
Remove loaf from oven; cool and then wrap in foil. Keep in refrigerator.
