Oriental Skillet Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 breast halves (in bite size chunks)
1/4 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. green pepper strips, cut short
1/4 c. chopped green onions or scallions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. chicken broth
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 can chow mein vegetables, drained
1 can chop suey vegetables, drained or 2 of either
Preparation

Coat chicken with flour, salt and pepper.
Heat
oil in large skillet and stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes.
Push chicken aside and add green pepper, onions and garlic.
Saute until onions are soft, stirring frequently.
