Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 whole green peeled chili pepper to taste
    16 oz. canned tomatoes
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    1/2 lb. grated Colby or American cheese
Preparation
    Brown the chopped onions with the meat.
    Add chili pepper, tomato sauce and tomatoes.
    Simmer for 5 minutes and then add the grated cheese.
    Blend until melted.
    Serve immediately.
