Banana Raisin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 very ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray loaf pan.
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in small bowl; set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine margarine and sugar.
Beat until creamy and light.
Add egg and vanilla; beat thoroughly.
Add sifted ingredients alternately with bananas, beating gently (do not overbeat).
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Bake for 50 minutes.
