Pepper Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 ripe red peppers
8 onions
4 tsp. salt
12 green peppers
3 c. sugar
1/2 qt. vinegar
Preparation
-
Chop fine and put in boiling water and let stand 15 minutes. Put in colander and drain.
Put in cold water and let stand for 15 minutes.
Drain again.
Mix in sugar, salt and vinegar and cook until tender.
Place in canning jars.
