Ratatouille - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small carrot, grated
    3 small zucchini, grated
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 small can black olives, sliced
    parsley, sweet basil and oregano
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    wheat germ or bread crumbs (1 to 2 Tbsp.)
    1 squeeze lemon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute carrot, zucchini, onion, mushrooms and olives until tender.
    Add lemon, salt, pepper, parsley, sweet basil and oregano.
    Layer mixture with cheese and wheat germ or bread crumbs, ending with cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
