Ragout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork shoulder
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. cloves to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cover pork with water.
    Cook until tender, about 1 hour.
    Cool and skim off fat.
    Mix ground beef with eggs, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Shape into tiny meatballs.
    Roll in flour.
