Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
Preparation

Cream the margarine and sugar.
Add egg; beat until light and fluffy.
Sift together the flour and soda; add alternately to mixture with 1/4 cup of lemonade concentrate.
Drop dough from teaspoon, 2 inches apart, onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes, or until lightly browned around edge.
Brush hot cookies with lemonade concentrate.
Sprinkle with sugar. Cool.
Yields 2 dozen.
