Pecan Pie(For Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, beaten
    1 c. sugar or 24 pkg. Equal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff; beat in sweetener and baking powder.
    Stir in cracker crumbs and chopped pecans.
    Pour into greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with whipped topping.
