Betsy'S Grilled Marinated Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
8 pork chops (1 inch thick)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except chops, and mix well.
Pour marinade over pork chops and marinate at least 3 hours.
Grill over medium coals, basting with remaining marinade.
Unused marinade will keep in refrigerator for two weeks.
