King Ranch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. tortillas
    1 large fryer or hen
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large onion soup
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. chili powder
    garlic powder to taste
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Stew chicken in salted water until tender.
    Remove meat from bones.
    Soak tortillas in hot broth until wilted.
    Line a 9 x 12-inch layer pan with tortillas.
    Add diced chicken.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Spread Ro-Tel tomatoes over soup mixture.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Freezes well.
