Carolers Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
    1 qt. popcorn
    vanilla
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Combine evaporated milk, sugar and butter in a medium saucepan.
    Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butterscotch pieces and vanilla and stir until smooth. Combine 1 quart popcorn and 1 cup pecans.
    Add to mixture; toss lightly.
    Drop by teaspoons on wax paper.
    Enjoy!
    Nice for a holiday gift.
