Ham Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes, peeled and parboiled
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    2 c. half and half
    1 c. diced ham
    1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    1/3 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Bring just to a boil.
    Simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
