Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
    2 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Combine pineapple (reserve natural juice) and miniature marshmallows.
    Chill.
    In saucepan, combine sugar, pineapple juice, flour, vinegar and eggs.
    Cook until it thickens.
    Cool and add 8 ounces Cool Whip.
    Blend together and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, add 1 1/2 cups Spanish peanuts and 2 cups chopped apples.
