Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. salad oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
2 c. raw shredded zucchini
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Mix oil and sugar together.
Add eggs, vanilla, oleo and milk. Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips. Mix together.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of batter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
When cooled, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
