Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cheese
    1/2 c. beer
Preparation
    Mix together onion, celery and butter.
    Simmer until soft, not brown.
    Add flour and milk and bring to a boil.
    Turn down heat and add cheese and beer.
    Stir until thick and bubbly. Add potatoes, chicken broth and dry mustard.
    Cook until potatoes are soft, about 1 hour.
