Crisp Wun Tun - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/3 c. chopped mushrooms, dried and soaked
    1/4 lb. chopped shrimp
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. shoyu
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Use 1 package Wun
    Tun\tPi
    (allowing 1 teaspoon of the mixture
    from
    the\t6
    ingredients\tshown
    for
    each
    square). Moisten 2 corners; fold in half to form triangle.
    Fry in deep fat until brown.
