Ingredients

1 stick margarine, softened
2 sleeves Ritz crackers (approximately 65 crackers)
1/2 gal. ice cream
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 1/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Roll crackers to make crumbs.
Combine crumbs and softened margarine.
Pat crust into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Reserve 1 tablespoon of crumbs for top.
Combine pudding and milk. Gradually add ice cream and blend until mixture is smooth.
Spread mixture over crust.
Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle remaining crumbs over Cool Whip.
